Semifinalist & Finalist Selection Process

Semifinalist Notification

  • After applications are reviewed, all nominees will be notified of their status through their online application account on February 5 (Fri). 
    • All Areas (except music) Semifinalist Event @ Georgia Southern University, February 27 (Sat)
    • Music Semifinalist Event @ TBD, March 13 (Sat)
  • Interview/audition times for semifinalists will be selected by parents/legal guardians on February 12 (Fri).  

 

Finalist Notification

  • Semifinalists selected as finalists will be invited to attend the summer program. Finalists and alternates will be notified through their online application account on March 19 (Fri). The deadline to accept or decline the offer to attend GHP will be April 6 (Tues).
  • Alternates, if selected to attend GHP, will be notified on a rolling basis until April 30 (Fri).
